The new glass washing and drying system from Triulzi Cesare – the SY.1610.6.3.4 – produces, says the Italian company, higher quality PV panels at a reduced cost, by means of reverse osmosis water treatment. The machine, which is a horizontal solution for panel cleaning but is also available as a vertical solution, is supplied with inlet roller conveyor, prewash section, washing section with a reverse osmosis cascade system and heated water system. Drying is carried out by four high-pressure air jets, supplied by a fan fitted in a sound-proofed fitted box on the top of the machine. The machine is also equipped with energy saving system and PLC controls. A conductivimeter is used to maintain correct water parameters, also constantly refreshing the water in the tanks by means of a cascade system. Further features of the machine include: o working width from 660 to 3400mm; o strong welded construction; o stainless steel used for beam support rollers, collection tank and parts in contact with water: bolts and nuts, pipes, pump, filters included; o stainless steel removal tray for glass scrap recovery; o rubberized vulcanized and rectified conveyor rollers; o upper prewashing with washing using cylindrical brushes (2 + 2); o drying using four blowers (2 + 2); o high pressure fan placed in a sound-proof acoustic enclosure; o inverter for conveyor roller rotation drive with digital display for speed.
