Top Glazing Summit 2021 speaker line-up confirmed

All speakers for the biggest summit in the field of glazing have now been confirmed by the event's organisers

Glazing Summit 2021, the biggest one-day conference in the glazing calendar, takes place on Thursday, October 21 at Edgbaston Stadium and Conference Centre, Birmingham and will tackle some of the biggest challenges facing fabricators, installers, glass companies and component suppliers.

Four debates, on conquering the supply chain crisis, embracing a sustainable future, the challenges installers have faced, and whether it’s time to buy, sell or bust, will feature four expert panellists and a host asking the tough questions.

Industry experts who will be speaking on the day include Gary Morton of Central RPL and Central ASL, Nathan Barr of ODL Europe, Sam Nuckey of Window Ware, Dean Bradley of Glazpart, John McComb of Reynaers, Mark Gajda, Rehau, and Gary Hyem of FRP Corporate Finance.

Keynote speakers will include Insight Data MD Andrew Scott with the 2021 Insight Data State of the Industry Report; GGF expert David Borland on the regulation minefield and what the industry should know; leading economist Greg Perdon on the economic outlook for the industry; and legendary business guru Geoff Burch on growth through leadership.

The calibre of speakers doesn’t end when the day finishes either, with Simon Evans, one of the UK’s most respected and best loved comedians, taking centre stage at the Glazing Summit Dinner in the evening.

Andrew Scott, founder of the Glazing Summit, said,“We have assembled a fantastic line-up of big-name speakers to tackle the biggest industry issues and we are looking forward to hearing their views. Since the agenda has been finalised and the speakers have been announced, interest has snowballed.”
