This is one of the last glimpses inside Sklárny Moravia’s large furnace before it is fired up and begins its next continuous production cycle. After an extensive summer overhaul, the heart of the flint and lighter-coloured glass production is almost ready.
Production is scheduled to restart in mid-September, and the company is counting down the days until molten glass flows through the glassworks again.
