Saint-Gobain Oberland AG has a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Hartmut Fischer, who has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with immediate effect by the Local Court Ulm for the period until the next regular Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for 14 May 2014.
Hartmut Fischer is General Delegate to the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain Central Europe and therefore a successor to Paul Neeteson in this function. Neeteson, previous Chairman of Supervisory Board of Saint-Gobain Oberland AG, has resigned this position following his retirement.
