The newly appointed chairman succeeds Paul Neeteson
Saint-Gobain Oberland AG has a new Chairman of Supervisory Board, Mr. Hartmut Fischer. He has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with immediate effect by the Local Court at Ulm for the period until the next regular Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled on May, 14th 2014.
Mr. Hartmut Fischer is General Delegate to the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain Central Europe and therefore a successor to Mr. Paul Neeteson in this function. Mr. Neeteson, previous Chairman of Supervisory Board of Saint-Gobain Oberland AG, resigned from the position following his retirement.
