Austrian insulating material manufacturer Saint-Gobain Isover Austria GmbH, part of France“s Saint-Gobain group, has named Werner Hansmann to the position of CEO of the company, effective from 1 August 2005, the company said on 18 July 2005. Hansmann, 41, will retain responsibility for the company“s sales and marketing unit. Until now, the Stockerau site in Austria has been managed by a committee comprised of Hansmann and three others. Isover Austria has a workforce of 238. The company generated sales of around EUR 50 million (USD 60.2 million) in 2004.
