PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk has bought 150 share certificates of PT Auto Glass Indonesia (AGI) in Jakarta on 15 March 2004, PT Asahimas Flat Glass director H. Soleh Dagusthani told the chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency in Jakarta on 16 March 2004. He said the purchase price of the shares was IDR 1 million (around USD 120) per certificate, bringing the total value of the transaction to IDR 150 million. The transaction is of no material value, and has no conflict of interest, he added.
