Preiss-Daimler to acquire Johns Manville glass textiles business

A resent announcement from Johns Manville and Preiss-Daimler states that a Preiss-Daimler group company will acquire Johns Manville’s Glass Textiles business in Sweden, a leading supplier of superior glass wallcoverings in the European markets, including both woven and nonwoven products.

Enno Henze, Senior Vice President of JM’s Engineered Products business, said the Glass Textiles business and its employees have made significant contributions to JM over the years.

German-based PD group is a conglomerate of international businesses that are engaged with research and development of innovative products in the fields of glass fibers, refractories and environmental services.
