Shares in Poly Glass Fiber (M) Bhd rose sharply on news that the firm has been removed from Bursa Malaysia“s PN-17 list of companies that are either financially troubled or unable to meet listing guidelines, dealers said. “The news is definitely good and it came at no better time”, a local brokerage dealer said, referring to the stock exchange“s action. Bursa Malaysia said Poly Glass Fiber is no longer an affected issuer under the PN17 category following the release of its annual audited accounts for the financial year ended February 2006.
