French investment company Financiere Prato has raised its holding in perfume bottle and container maker Pochet to 99.65% of capital and 99.9% of voting rights through a squeeze-out of minority shareholders. French IXIS Midcaps, a midcap subsidiary of financial analyst IXIS Securities, announced to the French markets regulator AMF on 3 January that it bought on behalf of Financiere Prato some 68,200 shares of Pochet, at a price per share of EUR 143 (USD 169.8) in the squeeze-out procedure between 19 December 2005 and 2 January 2006. At present Financiere Prato holds 2,602,152 of Pochet shares. Pochet“s shares were delisted from Eurolist B of Euronext Paris on 3 January 2005.
