25 June 1998: Following assessment by SGS Yarsley International Certification Services of the United Kingdom, the Polish firm Pilkington IGP S.A. has been awarded ISO 9002: 1994 certification. The company is a flat glass processor and producer of insulating glass (IG) units, and is also involved in the float glass wholesale business. It is the first Polish IG operation to receive such certification.
