“A year ago, Italian glassworks Vetreria Etrusca, of Altare, asked the regional environmental authority for permission for a new furnace.
The permission was granted quickly, and within a year the new furnace was officially turned on,” says former President of the Liguria Region, Claudio Burlando.
“There has been a lot of discussion about the usefulness and effectiveness of the recent work measures introduced by the government. A debate which has involved and divided the left.”
“I think this example of Ligurian industry is a better illustration than talking about how the Jobs Act is good for both the country and Liguria.”
Besides the 125 current employees, 25 new young staff will begin their careers with us thanks to the new rules.” said Burlando.
