The shareholders of Lysychanska Soda, Ukraine“s second largest soda producer, has announced the reappointment of Valerii Zakoptelov as chairman of its supervisory board for three years. Zakoptelov represents Pripanolin Trading Limited (Cyprus), the 98.45% shareholder of Lysychanska Soda, on the supervisory board. The shareholders also reappointed Anzor Aliyev (a representative of Pripanolin Trading) for three years, removing Serhii Bysyrkin, Dmytro Matyhyn, and Nadia Pynyhin from the supervisory board and appointing Oleksii Sukhov (a representative of Pripanolin Trading), Oleksandr Bondarenko, and Yurii Nesterenko for three years. Lysychanska Soda reported UAH 5.944 million profit in 2008, with net revenues increasing UAH 128.568 million or 71.1% to UAH 309.488 million compared to 2007.
