LIJIANG Glass‘ LJWQ-1600 horizontal glass washing and drying machine adopts a national standard square tube frame and a horizontal structure; the temperature is controllable and the blowing temperature can be adjusted.
The transmission part is controlled by a step-less transmission to adjust the washing speed; the conveyor roller, brush roller and sponge roller are all made of high temperature, acid and alkali resistant materials, with long service life.
This machine has a dense roller drive design, large processing area, circulating water to clean the product in one go. It uses a centrifugal blower with a low volume and large air volume; with a high-temperature drying system, after washing is completed the surface temperature of glass is between 30 to 50 degrees Celsius.
