The dividend will be paid on 3 June 1998, to shareholders of record as of 13 May 1998. As of 8 April 1998, Libbey reportedly had 17,598,931 shares outstanding. Libbey Inc. is the largest producer of glass tableware in North America, and exports to more than 100 countries worldwide.
