La Opala RG Ltd., informed The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) that at its meeting held on 18 March 2006, the company board of directors unanimously approved the proposal to set up a new opal glassware manufacturing plant. The board also authorised the managing director to take all necessary steps to bring the project to a successful conclusion in the shortest possible time.
