25 June 1998: UK-based window and conservatory specialist Jarvis Windowcraft has received a CPA Customer Care Award from the Consumer Protection Association in recognition of its standard of service. “In an industry which has earned itself a questionable reputation over the years, it“s good to have the standards on which Jarvis has built its reputation officially recognised by a national body such as the CPA,” said co-director Roy Jarvis.
