Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Company along with its nominee has acquired 100% equity shares of Hopewell Tableware Private Limited including all its assets & liabilities.
Consequently Hopewell has become an unlisted wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company w.e.f. January 28, 2016.
