The company will close the trading window from 1 August for the announcement of its financial results
Hindusthan National Glass and Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that The Trading Window, as defined in the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from August 1, 2015 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors on August 8, for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company.
