The future of the Wuppertal-based HELIMA company (formerly Helmut Lingemann) has been rather uncertain for quite some time. But the new HELIMA GmbH is very much back in business since its presentation at Glasstec 2016.
Proudly bearing a new logo, new colours as well as presenting new products, the company demonstrated its customer orientation and inventiveness. Visitors and exhibitors were able to perceive the spirit of HELIMA in a very special way at this event. “It was our target to make our company and products something that could be experienced in a quite unique environment”, said managing director Sven K. Starke. “Our booth visitors were meant to realise that HELIMA is back on the market with fresh entrepreneurial spirit and new product developments.” The fact that this intention has been more than successful is evidenced by the overwhelming feedback from the professional trade fair visitors. This was not only due to the modern fair presentation but also, in particular, to the innovative HELIMA NOVITEC product line, which sets new standards in the “warm edge” segment and manifests HELIMA as a system supplier. With three newly developed spacer bars, HELIMA is once again taking up its forerunner role after many years and demonstrating anew its innovative spirit. From the classic synthetic material profile to the composite profile out of biopolymer and stainless steel, HELIMA is focusing on the very best thermal insulation performance, high stability and environmental compatibility. But even the classic products out of aluminium and stainless steel under the product names HELIMA ALUTEC and HELIMA NIROTEC are pretty impressive and have already proven their strengths on the market in the past in terms of quality and innovation. Newly acquired corporate strength was also displayed by the company’s 120 staff members: they were all present at the HELIMA booth and represented their company with great passion.
