Turkish glassworks Gural Cam Sanayi will build a glassworks in the Kutahya industrial zone in western Turkey said Mustafa Ica, the mayor of Kutahya. Gural Cam will take a 153,000-sq meter plot which was transferred to Kutahya Municipality by the state-run tobacco company Tekel, Ica said. He added that the company would shortly start building work following successful negotiations with the municipality. The plant will initially employ 250, a figure which will rise to around 500, according to the mayor.
