The management of Glaston Italy SpA acquires 100% of the shares and changed the name of the company to Bavelloni SpA.
On 1 July 2015, the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Glaston Italy SpA by a group of managers of the Company was finalized. The company name was changed to Bavelloni SpA.
According to company representatives, Bavelloni SpA, which is an established brand of glass processing machines and boasts tens of thousands of systems installed all over the world, will continue the production and service of machinery under the Bavelloni brand.
This transaction will allow Bavelloni SpA to focus more on its core business and to accelerate development of its strategic plans.
Glaston and Bavelloni will continue to cooperate, promoting the products of both companies in various international markets.
