Glass Problems Conference: Abstracts due now

Abstracts for presentations are due on January 25, 2016 for the 77th Conference on Glass Problems.

Potential presenters are asked to submit a 400-word abstract on diverse facets of glass manufacturing today, under the following key areas:
•Combustion
•Energy Management
•Forming
•Glass Melting
•New topics relevant to glass manufacturing
•Process control, sensors & modeling
•Refractories
•Safety and emissions
The 77th Conference on Glass Problems, co-organized by the Glass Manufacturing Industry Council and Alfred University, will take place November 7–10, 2016, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Abstracts can be emailed directly to dbanks@gmic.com, on the form available from the conference website www.glassproblemsconference.org.
