Gimav’s participation in China Glass 2013 closes on a high note

At the recent edition of China Glass, Italian technology was once again extremely well received by visitors at the group stand organized by Gimav, strengthening the successful results scored last year in Asia.

Excellent business opportunities were offered to the Italian glass-processing machinery industry at China Glass 2013, strengthening the successful results scored last year in Asia. The premium quality of Italian technology was once again extremely well received by visitors at the group stand organized by Gimav – the Italian Association of Glass Processing Machinery and Accessory Suppliers, which coordinated the participation of member companies.
As Chinese manufacturers are now called on to manufacture premium quality products for both the domestic and overseas markets, they need to buy top-performing machinery that can guarantee excellent results as well as ease of use and fast production. And these are the very characteristics offered by Gimav member companies, which make them reliable partners for the fast-developing Asian market.
“Our companies have successfully penetrated a number of new markets, such as China, India, and Arab countries, and have been pioneers in focusing their efforts even on non-European nations,” confirms Dino Fenzi, Honorary President of Gimav. “Today’s recessionary climate makes it vital to join forces and network with other companies to gain a firmer foothold in the market – continues Dino Fenzi – similarly to China Glass, where Italian presence has always stood out with 2,000 sq.m. of exhibition space dedicated to made-in-Italy production.”
