These include the use of post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass to reduce energy consumption and waste, as well as innovative technologies enabling Eco-Design principles and optimized glass weight reduction. Both Gerresheimer production sites for cosmetic packaging in Momignies, Belgium and Tettau, Germany are leading producers of glass containers in PCR.
