Galleria Rossella Junck will be displaying the work of glass artist Michele Burato in an exhibition called “True colour”. The exhibition – which will be held from 26th February-28th March 2000 – presents 25 works in glass in which Burato experiments with bold new colour combinations in vases of strikingly innovative form. According to the gallery, the Venetian artist“s work has already been acquired by important public and private collections and has been praised highly by critics. This new exhibition confirms Michele Burato as one of the leading forces in the revival of artistic glass in Murano. The exhibition catalogue will have an introduction by the curator of the Glass Museum of Murano, Attilia Dorigato. Opening times: 10 – 12.30 pm and 4 – 7.30 pm. Closed on Sundays.
