FMC Wyoming Corporation will increase off-list prices by USD 15.00/short ton for all grades of soda ash, effective 1 October 2005, or as contract terms permit. The increase applies to both bulk and packaged soda ash. The price rise brings FMC Wyoming Corporation“s cumulative off-list price increase for soda ash to USD 60.00/short ton since May 2004. FMC Wyoming says it intends to implement the full USD 60.00/short ton off-list increase as contract terms permit, not to exceed the new list price. FMC Wyoming Corporation“s soda ash energy surcharge and freight policy changes implemented in 2004 will remain in full effect in 2005 and beyond.
