Fbrica Paraguaya de Vidrio recently inaugurated its new bottle plant, located at Ypan, near the capital, Asuncin. The plant has already started supplying beer bottles to bottling plants of Argentine brewer Quilmes in the region. The plant has a 100 ton/day furnace and two production lines. The plant operates with technical assistance from Italy“s BDF Glass Technologies group.
