Eastman Saflex® website now multilingual

Eight languages are now available

With growing demand from the international community for its products, Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN) has announced its Saflex website is now multilingual. The manufacturer of product glazing solutions for architectural and automotive applications and the Vanceva® Color System for laminated glass showcased the new capabilities at glasstec 2018 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The Saflex website is now available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Chinese and Japanese. To change the language throughout the website, simply hit the English tab in the upper right of the home page and drop down to make a language selection.

“Eastman is a global company serving an ever-expanding global market,” said Delphine Kirscht, Senior Marcom Representative. “We have manufacturing plants and separate offices throughout the world. This will greatly simplify things for our customers.”

The Vanceva website, which features Eastman’s unique collection of color interlayers, was available in English, French, German and Spanish. As of now, the Vanceva website is also available in Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Chinese and Japanese as well.

Eastman’s exhibit booth at glasstec featured nearly twice the exhibit space as previous years. At 463 sqaure metres, Eastman’s booth offered interactive displays and information about their expanded Saflex PVB Interlayer product line including Saflex Structural, Saflex Solar, Saflex Acoustic and Saflex Automotive, as well as Vanceva Colors and Illusion White. In addition, Eastman showcased the winning projects from this year’s Vanceva® World of Color Awards™ (WOCA) design competition.

Saflex® and Vanceva® brand PVB interlayers are two of the most trusted names in PVB interlayer technology for laminated glazing, delivering outstanding performance and durability, backed by reliable and knowledgeable service. As a result, they are found in nearly 40 percent of laminated architectural and automotive glass worldwide.
