CEO and President Wendell P. Weeks awarded for Corning’s role in driving Korea’s display-industry leadership.
Corning Inc. Chairman, CEO and President Wendell P. Weeks was honored for outstanding contributions to Korea’s display industry and economy. Weeks received the Gold Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit from Minister Yoon Sang-jick in a ceremony at the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy in Seoul, Korea.
The honor is the highest award presented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. Weeks was lauded for Corning’s role in driving Korea’s display-industry leadership through Corning Precision Materials Co. Ltd.
