A transparent round bubble with the red head of a horse, emblem of the Town Council of Colle Val d“Elsa, with the blazing mane, symbol of the fusion of crystal, and the words “Prodotte a Colle Val d“Elsa” (manufactured in Colle Val d“Elsa); this is the new trademark that has distinguished the crystal from Colle Val d“Elsa, Tuscany, Italy as of 1 January this year. The bubble attests to the originality of the crystal produced exclusively in Colle Val d“Elsa. Any other piece that originates from a different production zone, even if it is subsequently processed by a craftsman from this area, cannot obtain this special acknowledgement according to a note from the Colle Val d“Elsa Crystal Consortium.
