Glassworks Drujba Staklarski Zavodi posted a rise in net profit of 9% year-on-year to BGL 16.8 million in 2005, according to company data at the Bulgarian stock exchange. The plant, based in the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv, is owned by Greece“s Yioula Glassworks. Drujba“s operating income rose 14% to BGL 136.28 million in 2005. Expenses increased 16% to BGL 114 million.
