Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that Mr, Rajesh Chaudhary has resigned as Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective March 30, 2016.
He will take up a higher assignment with an associate Company.
The Company intends to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer soon.
