Australian glass artist Peter Kovacsy is bidding to reach an international audience with the publication of “Peter Kovacsy a Studio Practice”. The launch of the book and a retrospective exhibition will take place at Riverton Library in Riverton, Western Australia on Friday 11 August 2006 at 5.30 p.m. (invitation only) and will feature guest speakers Richard Woldendorp and Diana Roberts. The exhibition will run from Friday 11 to Saturday 20 August 2006 and comprises 35 art works / sculptures in wood or cast glass from the collection of the artist. Every day of the exhibition, Mr. Kovacsy will be present between 1pm and 4pm to sign copies of the book, which are on sale at AUD 60.00.
