The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.09 per share, payable on 1 June 2012 to shareholders of record on 17 May 2012. The dividend of USD 0.09 per share represents an increase of 10% from the previous quarterly dividend of USD 0.0815 per share. The company has approximately 28.1 million shares outstanding.
