The company Antonini Fosco & Figli Srl. has announced it has moved to a new factory in Ponte a Elsa, near Florence, Italy. The production facilities and offices cover an area of 4,300 sq. m., with a further 500 sq. m. available in another facility for the revamping of used machinery. The Italian company manufactured 70 annealing and decorating lehrs in 1995, for a turnover of US$ 12 million, 70% of which from exports. Antonini“s main markets are the South East Asian countries and Europe. Founded in 1955 by the father of today owners, Cesare and Massimo Antonini, the firm has so far sold 430 lehrs worldwide and employs 65 people. According to the company, planned production at the plant today includes 5 lehrs for Bangkok Glass, Thailand, 15 lehrs for the Kedaung Group, Indonesia, and 4 lehrs for Saint-Gobain Desjonqueres, France.
