AGC extends success story of Lacobel T to 15 trendy colours

AGC Glass Europe has added 11 new colours to its toughenable painted glass range Lacobel T, which will, according to the company, enable architects and designers to benefit from increased design flexibility and unlimited creativity.

Responding to the ever-evolving preferences and demands of processors and architects, AGC Glass Europe has added 11 new trendsetting colours to its toughenable painted glass range Lacobel T, available since end of May 2014.
Following in the footsteps of the launch of the first four Lacobel T colours, Cool White, Crisp White, Zen Grey and Deep Black, AGC expanded the colour palette of its unique pre-painted toughenable glass range. With 11 new and contemporary colours – such as Mustard Yellow, Petrol Green, Royal Blue, Oyster White, to name just a few – architects and designers now benefit from increased design flexibility and unlimited creativity.
Lacobel T toughened glass is strong, safe and highly resistant to thermal shocks and UV. As such, architects, designers and façade makers appreciate this glass for any high-impact environment, be it indoors or outside. And with 15 trendsetting colours to choose from, the possibilities are endless: tabletops, fireplaces, public bathrooms, commercial buildings or façade cladding including spandrels and much more.
Processors also benefit from Lacobel T: with a painted glass which can be immediately cut and toughened at the processing plant, processors have more flexibility in managing production lines, orders and inventories, resulting in a faster response to the market needs.
AGC’s industrial paint application furthermore provides a uniform and unique appearance with an ease of installation and maintenance.
Based in Belgium, AGC Glass Europe produces, processes and distributes flat glass for the construction (external glazing and interior decorative glass), the automotive (original & replacement glass) and the solar sectors. It is the European branch of AGC Glass, the world’s largest producer of flat glass.
