operational by January 2020. The facility will
produce premium borosilicate glass tubing
such as Fiolax clear, which will be used in
pharmaceutical packaging, specifically vials
and ampoules for Indian and export markets.
As part of the production network within the
firm’s tubing business unit, the new tank will be
installed with advanced machinery similar to all
other tubing factories across the globe.
The firm’s Indian plant serves as a production
hub for its pharmaceutical tubing in Asia and
manufactures Fiolax pharmaceutical tubing.
Scott will also construct new energy supply and
warehouse space, as well as workshops, as part
of the project. The company will also expand
energy storage, engineering and logistics
infrastructure within the facility.
