Saudi Arabian National Glass Industries Company (Zoujaj) has declared net profits of SR 18.1 million for 1995, down from SR 19.8 million in 1994. The company in its unaudited financial statement for the year 1995 reported assets and liabilities as balancing at SR 314.1 million, down from SR 336.0 million the year before. Shareholders“ equity of Zoujaj at the end of the year amounted to SR 195.8 million, slightly higher than the SR 195.0 million equity in 1994. It consisted of SR 172.5 million as paid up capital, SR 4.5 million in statutory reserves and SR 18.8 million in retained profits.
