Czech Moravia Glass Kyjov, which manages several glass making subsidiaries, recorded revenues of Czk 186.8 million and over Czk 20.2 million in net profit for 1995, but it has been announced that the general meeting of 5 June decided to pay no dividend. The general meeting approved the board“s proposal for the distribution of profit. Of the net profit gained, Czk 1.01 million will go to the reserve fund, and Czk 19.23 million will go to the financial investment fund.
