Mould manufacturer, Officine S.L., of Italy, has recently received ISO 9002 certification for its quality standards. Founded in 1948 and based in Colle Val D“Elsa, near Siena in central Italy, Officine S.L. was awarded the certificate in April for its quality system. The company“s product range encompasses all types of moulds for manual, semi-automatic, as well as fully-automatic processing, such as for blowing machines, presses, spinning machines, IS machines and so on. Officine S.L. also has exclusive contracts with prestigious designers in the crystal and glass sectors for the creation of new lines of gift articles, goblets, bonbonnieres, household articles and other like glass products. The company says that these designers have acquired extensive experience and have worked for companies in Germany, Japan, North America and Italy. Having made these agreements, Officine S.L. adds that it is well-positioned to satisfy customer needs, irrespective of styles or the marketplace in which its products are sold.
