Japanese Toyo Engineering (TEC) has won a JPY 4 billion order from the local JV of Nippon Electric Glass and a German company for a glass fabrication plant for cathode-ray tubes. The order follows two completed projects in Malaysia by TEC for Nippon Electric Glass. TEC will be responsible for the first phase of construction, including materials procurement and construction of the melting furnace and fabrication lines.
