PUJOL installs a PUJOL 100 PVB+ system at L’Arreda Vetro Bizzotto

PUJOL strengthens its presence in Italy with the installation of the PUJOL 100 PVB+ lamination system at L’Arreda Vetro Bizzotto.

L’Arreda Vetro Bizzotto, an Italian company with a solid two-generation track record in the glass processing sector, has commissioned its PUJOL 100 PVB+ /2C- 50×28 laminating furnace as part of its strategy for modernisation and technological leadership in the Italian glass industry.

The installation also includes a complete automatic assembly line, consisting of a large-format tilting loading table, an automatic washer for coated and selective glass and an automatic assembly station. This set-up significantly optimises production processes, raising standards of efficiency, quality and operational control.

The PUJOL 100 PVB+ system is an advanced solution for glass lamination with EVA, PVB, SGP interlayers and other technical compositions, offering a highly efficient alternative to traditional autoclave systems. Its operation enables a more flexible and automated production, suitable both for high-volume output and customised projects.

Among its main advantages is its high energy efficiency, with consumption reductions of up to 70 percent compared to conventional systems, as well as a lower need for auxiliary infrastructure and installed power. This contributes to optimised investment and greater operational profitability.

Process automation reduces manual intervention in critical stages such as loading, unloading, and glass handling, improving production times and minimising errors. It also allows operation with a reduced number of operators while maintaining high productivity levels in a more optimised space.

With the commissioning of this system, L’Arreda Vetro Bizzotto SRL reinforces its commitment to innovation, efficiency and sustainability, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the laminated glass sector and moving toward a more competitive and technologically advanced production model.
