Automating a critical step in depalletizing
EASYROCK is E2Pack’s new automatic pallet unwrapping system, developed to automate the removal of stretch film and outer wrapping from incoming palletised loads, a step still often carried out manually in many production plants.
Designed for industrial environments where continuity, integration and process reliability are essential, the system helps reduce variability in one of the least optimised phases of depalletising. It automatically detects pallet dimensions, load configuration and workability, adapting the unwrapping cycle to different sizes and load conditions, including glass containers, cans, boxes and other packaged formats.
Built for real production
EASYROCK is engineered to handle dozens of pallets per hour, with patented solutions designed to support uptime reliability in high-throughput operations. Its cutting system is designed to preserve product integrity, while the compact footprint and accessible layout simplify cleaning and reset.
Developed by E2Pack, the Italian packaging automation company carrying forward the legacy of Emmeti, Mectra, Logik, Sipac and Zecchetti, and backed by Bottero Group, the system completed thousands of operating hours in a major production facility before launch, confirming its readiness for continuous industrial use.
