Job description
- Familiar with glass tempering furnaces.
- 3 years of relevant experience in glass tempering furnace service is preferred.
- Based in Europe and responsible for installation and after-sales service of glass tempering machines in Europe.
- Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for European customers.
- Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Additionally, for candidates who demonstrate outstanding performance in the service role and meet the relevant assessment criteria, there will be a great opportunity to transition to a sales position in the future based on personal career aspirations and company business needs.
Job requirements
- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after-sales service.
- Knowledge and experience of the glass industry is highly desired.
- Good English communication.
- High mobility, willingness to travel across Europe.
