The Reiling Group is now in the final stages of commissioning a glass recycling facility in Lünen, Germany.
The company’s team has been working on the planning and implementation of this major project for around two years.
The project included the construction of a new, state-of-the-art hollow glass recycling plant, which will completely replace the company’s existing facility. Featuring the latest recycling technology, the new processing and drying plant will soon ensure even higher-quality KSP and colour sorting, especially in the fine grain range.
The goal of the renewal of this glass recycling facility is a huge improvement in the quality of end products, which is totally in line with what customers need.
As part of the project, a new production building over 20 metres high was also constructed for the new 4-storey recycling plant. In addition, further optimisation measures were implemented in Lünen, such as optimising the storage area with new partition walls for the separate storage of incoming and outgoing quantities, and renewing the paved areas.
