Stoelzle Glass Group announced to have been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal for the fourth time in a row, further improving its score compared to the last assessment. This outstanding achievement places Stoelzle among the top 2 percent of companies in the glass manufacturing industry (top 5 percent of all companies) assessed by EcoVadis.
Over the past years, Stoelzle has continuously strengthened its performance in the areas of environmental protection and occupational health & safety. This year’s result is particularly driven by significant advancements in sustainable procurement, where the company has introduced a standardised assessment of ESG risks within its supply chain, implemented employee training programs, and established measurable targets to monitor progress.
In addition, Stoelzle has reinforced its commitment to ethical business practices by rolling out group-wide guidelines and training on human rights and corporate compliance. The company’s long-standing tradition of transparent sustainability reporting also contributed to the excellent EcoVadis outcome.
