Shenzhen International Holdings proposes enlarging its disposal mandate for CSG Holding Company. It originally said it proposed to dispose 17.4 million CSG Holding Co A shares. It also expected to trade 101.55 million CSG A Shares freely on the SSE effective from 11 June 2008. However, Shenzhen now intends to enlarge its disposal mandate to cover the remaining 16.04 million CSG A shares which will become tradable by 24 May 2009 pursuant to the share segregation reform scheme of CSG which was completed in May 2006. CSG focuses on manufacturing float glass, building glass, fine glass, automotive glass, electrical ceramics and construction ceramics.
