Satinal S.p.A., a leading Italian player in the safety glass industry, recently hosted a key member of its international team, based in South America, underscoring the company’s strong focus on continuous professional development and global technical excellence.
In the last years, the Company has achieved South American market leadership. Therefore, training initiative is a pillar of Satinal’s strategy to ensure its global commercial and technical teams remain aligned at industry high standards and product knowledge. In a fast-evolving market, Satinal recognises that customer support is directly tied to the expertise of its personnel.
This training was meticulously planned and personally overseen by Marco Bresciani, Satinal’s Shareholder and Head of STRATO® production, whose strategy is to ensure, above all, that the global team member receives the highest level of technical and operational insights.
Therefore, the technical training was significantly enriched by an immersive, on-site experience, so that the South American team member could witness first-hand the one and only EVA film production process in Italy.

This was far beyond a standard walk-through; the South American colleague gained a privileged view of the sophisticated operational mechanics and the precise manufacturing logic that define Satinal’s quality standards. Observing and analysing all the phases – from the raw materials selection up to end product and quality tests – provided critical insights into material consistency and quality control, knowledge directly applicable to complex technical consultations in the field.

This practical full immersion was complemented by a tour of the entire logistics and storage area, a visual testament to Satinal’s global reach. Here, the co-worker saw the extensive inventory of Made in Italy STRATO® interlayers, meticulously prepared and packaged for immediate shipment to customers across all international markets.

This phase underscored the efficiency, quality assurance, and robust supply chain originating from the Satinal headquarters in Erba, Italy.
Moreover, the technical training was focused on:
- Global standardisation: ensuring that the standards of technical support available in Europe is replicated across all international markets, from initial consultation to after-sales service
- Customer-centric approach: empowering international sales team to support clients through every phase of their work—from selecting the right materials for complex architectural projects to optimising machinery performance and troubleshooting in real-time
- Innovation transfer: rapidly integrating new product developments, technical specifications and process improvements into the global team’s skill set
This emphasis on practical immersion solidifies Satinal’s commitment to translating manufacturing excellence into superior glocal customer support.
Proudly known as a glocal company, Satinal has been supporting global projects with local expertise, supported by Italian manufacturing excellence.
