French glassmaker Saint-Gobain has announced that the sale of its Cise subsidiary to Bouygues and Bouygues“ Saur unit, reported in Glassonline World News in December, was finalised on 15 January. It said in a statement that the terms had not changed from those announced in December, when Bouygues said it and Saur would pay FFr 2.16 billion to acquire 80% of Cise to create France“s third largest public contract management firm.
